Ya know...it's really hard to actually feel fullness. For years I thought that part of me was 'broken'. But, sometimes, when I take the time to try and feel the food in my tummy I do a bit better.

I find I eat a lot slower when I'm at my boyfriend's place (not an option to go there all the time, he's a 12 hour drive away). He tends to eat slowly, so I just try to pace myself with me. I am working on trying to do that at home, but it's hard.

I'm still struggling with speed, but with the kids (esp the baby), it seems impossible to devote any time to focusing on controling my speed of intake. With the calorie counting I am at least keeping myself from going over my limits, but I do find many times that I'm not quite satisified even though my tummy is no longer hungry.
