I had a gain last week because of an unplanned out-of-town trip, but I jumped right back on the wagon. This morning, not only had I lost the 2 lbs. I gained last week, but I lost another lb., too!

If I hadn't have jumped right back in, I'd be up again this week. As it stands, I'm only 9 lbs. from my end-of-the-year goal! 9 lbs.! (It's a little scary, actually! :lol: )

What a great reminder. It's just sooooo important what we do AFTER the "slip-up". Makes ALL the difference in the world.
