Well I used to wear a 4-5X in tops and a size 30-32 in pants. So a woman's size XL (even though it's snug... sexily so) feels AWESOMESAUCE!!!!! I'll attach a pic Ignore the face. I was making it on purpose.

And here's a picture of my extremely slim and fit kids Eating the blackberries we had just finished picking the other day.

An XL sweatshirt? Awesome girly! Thats a wonderful thing! And I think I;ll get out my can of nutritional yeast and start using it some.....I need to use it up anyway since it was like $12!!!!!

It's great. I add it wherever I can, mainly because my older kids are vegetarian. I add it to their pasta or mac and cheese.


And it does not add to any candida or yeast problems, even though yeast is in the name. I have books on cleansing candida and they say it is ok and even recommended because of the B vitamins.
