You want to get as close as you can to an accurate weight for comparison purposes. The best way to do that is to cut down on the variables. Since weight goes up and down a lot during the day, you should pick one time for your official weigh-in and stay with it. It can be any time of day, but most people weigh the least first thing in the morning, before they've eaten and after they've emptied their bladder. Jay |
I don't know that I weigh at exactly the same time, but I do all the same circumstances.. meaning, I weigh 1 hour after I wake up, after going to the bathroom. My wii also tells me it's important to weigh at the same time each day, but I don't think it matters as long as everything else is the same.
