LOL I used to be more of a lurker. but this is such an amazing community and i've benefited so much from their advice. i don't think i could have made it this far without support from these forums.

Hi stellargirl, I'm calorie counting on www.sparkpeople.com, this way I can eat anything within' moderation... I jsut don't "do" deprivation or demonizing of food. It never works in the long run!

I also do cardi/strength training/yoga ...at least one of them every day.

I think sunday is my most relaxed day with just some yoga. feel free to PM me if you'd like to be diet buddies! :D
