Big step achieved
 

In 2003, I remember seeing 283 on the scale. That was the lowest weight I have a memory of seeing in my adult life.

This morning, my official weight was 283.2. I'm now back where I was!

From 2003 to 2007 I put back on all of the weight and then some, and now I'm at least back to that point again. Now it is time to progress even further into virgin territory! :carrot:
