feel like crap today
 

I don't know what my problem is today but I feel like death warmed over. I'm not physically sick, but I don't feel good. Like I'm in a carb stupor minus the carbs. Which is making me intensely crave fast food. Not gonna eat it though, don't worry. I'd like to go to bed but I'm going on a long long walk to see if I can bust out of this.

Hope the walk helps. I hate those days.

Thanks. Walked for an hour-- it was about to rain buckets so I cut my long walk short. It did help quite a bit. Hope tomorrow is better.

Take it easy. Might be a good time to treat yourself to something special.
