Gaining a little weight back is a slippery slope, it's great that you're getting back on track.
When I first went off my diet last time, I quickly gained 10 pounds. I looked at the scales with a shrug and thought "I'll just take that 10 off again soon" but instead, I gained another 10 and then another. A year and a half later, I am just now back to my dieting lifestyle. |

I lost 3.4 LBS!
I was going to weigh in Saturday. But decided to weigh in today. I Lost 3.4 LBS. I was 222.4 and now I'm 219. :) :) :)
