Sort of an introduction...
Hello ladies!
I'm not new to 3FC, but I have been away for awhile. I also was not an active participant in this particular forum before I left. Unfortunately, since I regained everything plus some bonus, I now have well over 100 to lose. I'm just starting again, and could really use some help. Any suggestions on challenges or threads to join? I think it will help to feel like I "belong" somewhere. I look forward to getting to know you all :carrot: |

Jingle away the Jiggle Otherwise, check out the Chicks up for a Challenge forum for smaller challenges (the 5lb challenges are always fun!) There are many smart women here, so jump right in. I don't participate in time based challenges because I am afraid that I will become discouraged if I have not lost x amount of weight in y amount of time. HOWEVER, the points challenge in the sticky part of the forum is very helpful to me. I can definitely see a relationship in the number of points that I get and the amount of weight that I lose in a given month. |
