I'm a newbie too - I am terrified at the thought of trying to lose 50 lbs by a certain date, so I'd like to focus more on the workout totals. That's 22 weeks of workouts at ~4.5 hrs. per week, or 45 minutes a day/6 days a week. That is a big challenge for me, but just what I need to keep me motivated!

9/27 278 +2 Blah - need to get back on program. Lost total of 8 lbs now.

Is there any way this thread can be stickied on the front page until after Christmas? It would make things easier for those of us doing the challenge to update our weekly stats.
I would like to join. If I could lose 50 pounds by Christmas I would be over the moon (and then some)! Summer and Fall are my best times of year for weight loss, so I am going for it!
We are taking a one week vacation to Cancun in November, so hopefully this will help keep me on track during that week.

Started at 224 pounds. Been on a plateau for awhile now. Keep bobbing between 226 and 224. Been losing alot of inches doing Power 90 but not alot of weight.
