Lost almost 6lbs!!!
 

Went to the doctor on 6/23 and weighed in at 253. Today I finally got the courage to bring the scale upstairs and weigh myself. Today I weigh 247.4 lbs! I can't tell you how thrilled I am. My sons are so proud of me!

I also figured out how to set up my own personal weight tracker--that's cool! Although I see that I need more posts before I can attach it.
