My gums and nerve endings are sensitive sometimes, so I go from lukewarm to hot water when I brush them. I also can't eat popsicles or any ice cream bar that I have to bite into because of this problem.

Ok, conservation confession here. I have the tap on the hottest setting so as I turn the water on/off during tooth brushing I end up with hot water from the tap by the time I get to face washing without having to run the tap for hot water. So I guess I start brushing with cold and end up with hot.

Oh man, I can't believe I just explained that. You folks bring out the oddest confessions from me.

I actually just recently started brushing with hotter water. Maybe 6 months ago! I seen my Mom brushing with hot water and I was like, Hey, I'm gonna try that! And I ended up liking it :lol: I don't think I could ever go back to cold :p
