Okay, you've brought me to tears once again. When I think of the changes that you've made and how they're affecting your life, I don't know - I just get all emotional.
At least you took your measurements fairly early on. I didn't take them till more then 1/2 way through. Don't know what I was thinking. Oh - I wasn't. I would have LOVED to know how many yards - never mind inches that I lost.

I only have 28 more lbs to go to weigh less than him!
Weighing less then my DH was one big milestone I was really looking forward to. I HATED weighing more then my overweight husband. It took me some time though. Since I overhauled all the cooking in my home, he kept on losing as well. Every time I got close, he then lost a couple of more. It was driving me batty. Don't get me wrong, I was THRILLED that he was shedding some much need poundage, but I WAS looking forward to finally weighing less then him. Eventually - I beat him. He couldn't keep up with me. I remember I even started a thread about it over in the mini-goal section. I was SO excited.
Oh and you will be too. I can't wait to read your post when that day comes. And we all know it's coming. You are awesome and not getting to your goals is not going to happen. You are one determined lady and incredibly inspirational. What a delight it is to be able to share this with you. Thanks for sharing your joy with us.
RRobin: I'm very thankful that he is staying steady at 222 For about the last 4-5 months. I want to encourage him to start more seriously exercising but not until I weigh less than him
Good on you! You are inspiring, and you model such a great attitude to the up's and down's of real life. Thanks.
Hope you are having an okay day health wise.
Breasts are now 49 from 61
Waist is now 42.75 from 56
Hips are now 52 from 70 (eek!)
Honey, hush!
Oh how I wish I had taken measurements to begin with. I think we wore the same size though (32ish?) starting out so mine were probably the exact same as yours or very very close.
Took mine on Sunday:
Bust 47 1/2
Waist 38 1/2
Hip 47
Utterly ridiculous considering how much I weigh...but hey I ain't complaining! My 16s are starting to fit pretty well now!!
That's awesome! I should probably start taking measurements. And can I just say I love your posts? You are so inspirational and it is you and all the other ladies here who convince me I CAN do this!
DC. I WISH I had your measurements! I am very applelike apparently (along with being an hourglass... go figure) and my hips are taking their sweet time coming down.
I'm built kinda weird. I did enough weightlifting, and also cutting out all processed foods, that my waist is proportionately tiny (also haven't ever had a baby, which is probably the main thing in my favor, size-wise). My boobs are enormous, and they were not the last time I lost a bunch of weight. I have permanently gone up a cup size, from D to DD. My bra size is now 40DD and if they'd had 39 I would have gotten that instead. My hips are weird too, most of my hip measurement is my butt, which lifted and grew when I started weightlifting, and my lower tummy. My hips are actually quite narrow for my size. So, really, the only folks on earth built like me are me, my mom, my sister, and my mom's two sisters. Genetics are weird! But hey I ain't complaining...and I wish I was your weight!
I was yep. Right now I'm a 18 bottom and about an 18 top as well. Or a 1X top. I'm a major hourglass. I have 40FF breasts (or DID, I'm not sure what my size is now) and wide hips... and have had three babies and three c-sections... sigh.
I am also that weird hourglass/apple hybrid. My natural waist sits very high, which is right under my chest, and goes in a lot. I just did my measurements and I'm 44-36-48. I just have a large lower tummy and pretty small legs for my weight.
