Yes, the group lost 18.6 pounds last week.

My weigh-in this week is 250.2 -- down 2.6 pounds despite a large McDs meal really late at night at the beginning of the week. :)

I'm pleased to report a 4.5lb loss this week. I may just make my July 4th goal afterall!

Sorry, I'm up .2 lbs. I'm hoping it is because of an early TOM visit.

Yes it should Alana! Guess I wasn't paying enough attention Sunday night when I started the thread -- and I have no power to change it so we'll just all know that it's really June 29th to July 5th this week. :)

Down 1 pound (no exercise... gawd I hate it!!). And, I'll take the pound!

I was down 2.2 lbs last week :)
