I am at work on a very slow day and as usual I am surfing around looking for a little inspiration to ease the boredom and perhaps keep me from snackin when i dont need to and I came across this and thought you all might find it interesting. I did.

I can ALWAYS use a push in the right direction, Tracey, so thank you for the video. My favorite line was when the young gentleman talked about how he had learned so much about himself and had developed so much character, because he was facing a major obstacle every single day and BEATING it.

I am always watching weight loss videos on Youtube. I actually have my own. I have watched all of this guy's videos and he is super motivating!!
