Down 2.5 lbs and I am soooo happy.

I was able to lose weight and eat out twice this week while out of town by pre-planning what I was going to eat after a bit of internet research.

Tonight was my second week at my weight-loss group, TOPS, and I had a 3.5 lb loss. I'm happy! :)

I had a 1.5 lb loss. I was hoping for a little more, but a loss is a loss and nothing to complain about!
