Hi everyone!!! Not sure if anyone remembers me but I joined back in Jan. and loved it here and was doing great for awhile with my diet and exercise but then fell off track a few months later and was too embarrassed to keep coming here so I stopped. I am back now though and am very motivated to lose weight. I have gained a little back but am only at 200 so luckily I haven't gained that much. I really am determined this time. I know that for myself at least I say that every time but I really have a feeling this is it. Some other good things have been happening in my life lately and I think this can and will still be a good year for me in terms of weight loss. I can't wait to see how far everyone has come since I have been gone and join some challenges!!!

Hi Liz, I do remember you. Like you I fell off plan, gained, and went into hiding. I'm back this time and I also really feel this is my time to get myself under control and get the weight off. Let's do this thing!!!

Liz I also remember you .:) I fell working with a personal trainner and my L2 fractured so the recovey was a lot longer than I expected but ok now .I did gain sitting around for months but ok now. I DON'T LOOK AT IT AS TIME LOST DUE TO LEARNING OTHER THINGS WHILE AWAY .:) Well looks like you picked yourself up and dusted off and our ready to go again .WTG you can do it !.

I've only been here a few weeks. Looking forward to getting to know you. It's good to see you've "come back." Committing to yourself again...getting back in the saddle again is hard...but what else are you going to do, really?

Thanks so much everyone! Just in short time I was here I felt like you all were family. Everyone is so wonderful and supportive here! It is awesome. I can't wait to share this journey with you all!
