I too have a story much like yours.
This is one of the MANY tries over 5+ years for me also. This time around hasn't been any easier, but I haven't quit yet. This week has actually started getting easier for me...I hope that continues.
Anyway, the things that helped me were getting rid of anything and everything that I would overeat on, counting cals, and coming here daily. I don't post every day but I read every day. The people on here have so much info and knowledge....not to mention it's just full of inspiration.
