Are you exercising?
Perhaps that's something else you could do to help things along. Just walk around the block this week.

Hang in there. Please don't give up. Eating healthily is still something worth doing even if the scale is stubborn!

I hear you, sometimes I get really frustrated with myself too, why I can't stick to my plan when I love the results. it takes time to replace habits, get used to new lifestyle, get brain going in the right direction. hang in there!

Just keep at it, it's a tough road. You will do great! I have some off days but then I just get back to it as soon as I realize what I'm doing.

I'm right there with you. I have started back to entering everything into Fitday. I'm back at the gym five days a week, and on Tuesday will rejoin TOPS because I have to have that weekly accountability to the scale.
