I'm a tuna lover too, tuna patties, like crab cakes only healthied up a bit, and my weird one is tuna salad (onions, celery, mayo, spices) on slices of cucumbers (like crackers!) it's awesome but ppl look at me funny with that one.

I think that sounds really good, TummyGirl. Mmm... Ya'll have made me hungry for some tuna now. Think I'm going to have to put some on my salad for lunch today...

i made some for lunch! cold w.wheat pasta, tin of tuna, celery, tiny chopped red onion, diced hard boiled egg, and a chopped green apple! sounds weird but it's awesome LOL a dressing of some lite mayo whisked with mustard and a little balsamic to thin it out - scrumptious!

I love tuna! I mix it with just a tiny bit of light mayo and then mustard too (either the sweet and hot or spicy brown) I also add salt and pepper, diced onion, sometimes diced bell pepper and/or halved grape tomatoes. Sometimes I eat it just like that, other times I make it into a sandwich/wrap or plop it on top of some salad greens.

I'm old skool when it comes to tuna. I like mine mixed with a little light mayo, sweet pickle relish, chopped onions and celery. I mostly just make sandwiches out of it with mustard and lettuce on homemade wheat bread. YUM! I get the albacore tuna from costco and will make 3-4 cans in a week in one batch that my DH and I will eat from. Needless to say, he goes through the tuna much faster than I do.

sushi grade tuna, just a dash of olive oil and coated with sesame seeds and grilled...pink on the inside.

I make my tuna using Albacore in the pouches. I add some light mayo, Dijon mustard, finely chopped onion, green pepper, sweet pickles (the Splenda kind), walnuts, and shredded carrots. Mix this all up and stuff it along with some Romaine into a whole wheat pita bread. Yummy! |
