    DCHound, this is a MAJOR accomplishment! We all concentrate on those stupid numbers so much, I think we forget sometimes what they mean.

    What your new delightful numbers mean are a significantly smaller chance of heart attacks, strokes, diabetes and all those assorted horrible health problems associated with hanging out with the FatnNasties. You are doing such a wonderful thing for yourself, my dear --- and you have accomplished so much!

    You deserve a ticker tape parade! Congratulations!
