  • Sometimes your body needs some time to "catch up" on the actual fat loss, as it shifts itself around and fills in with muscle. Look at the overall trend over months, not just week to week. You're doing great if you've got loose clothing and you're losing inches.
  • You KNOW you're doing something right, cause you can tell on your body. I know its frustrating, but trust me, if you are seeing changes in your body, the scale will catch up......in time. Time is all we have.........
