Yes, I got the squishy's too! It's really noticeable in the pool during aquafit! Very moveable and disconcerting! Oh well! I have the lower belly going before the top belly thing, time to start the pilates and up my cardio I think.

Awesome job ladies losing all those inches! Way to go!

I'm with Daimere. I've always been squishy. How will we know if we're getting squishier?! Oh no! :P

I've always been fairly squishy too but it does loosen up, it's cool and very uncool at at the same time.

It's hard to explain... fat is of course squishy. But it gets all LOOSE and jiggly almost like it's not attached to your body at all except by the skin. I find it happens quickly that it gets really soft... but the massive jigglyness happens after a big loss like 50 or so lbs.

Yay for the squishies! This has been really informative, I have noticed some extra jiggle to my deflating rib cage as well, and the remaining fat and skin is kind of settling around my hips more as it softens.

I've always been squishy . . . my fat never felt hard. But lately it's been ummmm squishier? When I lay on my side I can feel my hips on one side and it all just sort of spills down on the bed. I feel like one of those people who are man on one side and women on the other side . . . except Im fat on one side and thin on the other.

Can this thread be more fun!! Lol! My waist and belly have always been the biggest part on me (not that I am not fat all over). Since May 27 I have lost 4 inches off my waist. I can not tell you how thrilled I am. Embrace the squishies I say!

It just goes to show ya... we need to talk about this stuff even if it sounds like a strange topic. So many people are going through the exact same thing!
