I will stay on-plan today because I am no longer under the stress of taking finals at school, so I have no reason whatsoever to allow myself extra snacks n' such. I didn't go off-plan during finals, but I was living more of a maintenance lifestyle, and I'm ready to start LOSING again!

I will stay on plan because i somehow managed to run 13km today - something i had never imagined myself doing. If i can do that, for sure i can keep to my food plan...

The one reason I'm going to stay on plan today is because when my friends and sorority sisters come back to school in August, I want them to be able to see a lil' difference (or a big difference. Whateva! ).
