Default The Scale

I have been feeling frustrated with the scale as it says my weight is going up and then going down and then back up again. Im hoping that the menu and shopping list I wrote will help the decline in weight. I am getting used to measuring food and eating appropriate portions...I have to throw in more exercize and walking if I want those noticable results...well at least im pretty stable on calorie intake and staying in touch here and with fitday....

Hi Gloria, that happened to me too. Then I did some incredible (I stopped weighing myself everyday)
Do yourslef a favor and weigh yourselve once a week or better yet every 10 days.
do not be discouraged, you are on the right path. Keep up the great work.

Ive been experienceing this too...for like 3 weeks. Its frustrating....but I know its due to my inability to stay below my calorie goal.....its been hard lately. Must refocus today. Good luck with yours....
