Today is my anniversary!
 

I've officially been doing my new lifestyle for a year today :D

It's been the biggest year of self discovery for sure. I'm more confident, peaceful, and just very thankful that I chose to believe in myself.....I had no idea how far I'd get when I first started. I just knew I had enough and things were going to change. Sure I have had slip ups here and there but I have not given up and I think that is most important one could learn.

I could probably write an entire book on how different things are and how different I feel but I won't. I'll save that for my goal story ;)
