Thanks Jenelle. It's wonderful to have gotten this far, but I have a LONG way to go. I just have to keep telling myself this is all about perseverence. I may have lost 49 pounds, but I'm not even half way to my final goal yet. I wonder what it will feel like to be one hundred pounds lighter than I was when I started? All I can imagine is myself floating.

I have to be careful today. My sisters have made a homemade chocolate banana cake WITH homemade buttercream chocolate frosting AND a batch of chocolate chocolate peanut butter cup cookies because one of my brothers doesn't like bananas. Talk about being in the midst of temptation. I'm going to do some reading today and concentrate on drinking my water and maybe later take a little walk. That will help me keep my focus. I may be surrounded by temptation, but I don't have to give in. My plan is to eat dinner with everyone and eat a cookie or a small piece of cake, but then to grab my cup of coffee and immediately leave the table. I do better when I'm not looking temptation in the face.

Go STREAKERS!!!

Am on day 4 of being in control (lots of water too). However, with activities the beginning of the week, I was less than perfect

Did not eat as much as I would have before meeting you dollies but still had three days off plan. That's the big thing I've noticed this time. I do eat some things that slow down weight loss but I'm not going really wild on anything so I consider that a plus. Have not had a binge in a month. And with lots of tempting things around.

I put a sticker on the calendar on Sundays indicating whether I've had a good week or a less than good (have no bad, that's negative) week. Just can't decide how to grade this week. Do the four good days at the end of the week make up for the 3 days prior? I guess to be really strict with me, I have to give me the plain sticker. No pretty flower s this time but that will be my goal for next week.

Anagram - just a thought...why not a sticker for every good DAY? I know if it were me, that would be much more motiviting. I tend to have many more good days in a month than good weeks (my streaks aren't very long sometims) so to only see a sticker for good weeks might be discourging.
