with these long term scientific studies that suggest that 95% or more of people who lose significant amounts of weight fail to maintain their loss?
my brain is spinning. i don't have blind faith in science, but the bodies of evidence these people are working with are huge.
it feels awful. i guess i will firmly focus on being in the 96th percentile.
discouraging stuff though.
