[Thighs Be Gone]

You know those sour cream cake donuts that have sort of a crispy outlying crust and are cakey on the inside? Well, I can think of few things in this world aside from buttercream cake that clog my arteries, spikes my blood sugar, make me instantly gain weight and give me such gastronomic pleasure all at the same time.

I have been craving them for several days now. I don't mean one. I want (I think) three with a huge cup of my coffee--using Splenda of course.

This morning I got the troops OUT THE DOOR and on time and then thought of them calling to me. I had skipped my run this morning as it was. I really, really wanted the donuts. You could throw a rock from my backdoor and HIT Dunkin' Donuts. I drank my coffee. I got on 3FC. I read some stories, shared some of my own.

You know what? I got up, did the 30 Day Shred and took a bubble bath. Now, I am headed to the school to volunteer now. Know what else? My craving is gone.

But going into that dressing room and trying on a smaller size, and having it fit, and make you look BEAUTIFUL ~ is so so so so so so sooooooooo much better. It really is.

Congratulations! I regularly crave doughnuts, even though I don't like them that much. For me, they are a carrier for frosting and sprinkles, which I can't get enough of! How stupid is that that I used to eat something I didn't even like just for a sprinkle fix??

Good job on the workout. I wish I had a bathtub! Only a few more weeks and I will be back in a real house!

I hear ya- the other day I wanted a doughnut SOOO bad. I even went to 7/11, luckily they didn't have any! lol. I got some pumpkin seeds and went home and ate those instead- very low cal and yummy- and I didn't get the ones that are covered in salt.
