5 day's OP. I weighed in today and remain the same. 298lbs.
I am totally happy with that as I still will be on the meds for another two weeks and my weight has bounced around quite a bit so no big deal!!!!! I figure I have some secret weight loss that will show up soon and thrill me to pieces so onward and downward!!!!!

Ok, well today has been OP for me so far. I took someones advice and got some protien powder to try. It's supposed to fill you up and have only 2 grams of fat. Using that, with some good veggies and fruit, should start doing the trick for me, but we'll see.
Good job to all of you who have been on program for more then a day. I look for this to be my start to a long run of OP days.

I was going to haul out my Journals from when I started WW back in April but alas I tossed them out. I think I can say with absolute confidence that I was OP (as far as points goes) for about the first 3 weeks straight. Now I have no documentation to back that up but I am 100% certain that I was OP for that long. As far as water goes we all know I am a complete flop but the exercise thing is usually pretty good.
As for lately, I know I've been really really NOT OP for a few days, Tuesday in particular I was over my points limit by about 20 points.
Well I was OP today, I hope the first in another long stretch of OP days.

Dear friends, I did find my journals after all and for the first 5 weeks of doing WW I was OP for all but 11 days BUT I was not banking points or using exercise points. Most days I was hitting the mid range or just above so I think I had a pretty good run of it.
It's funny how when you really really try hard at something you can usually accomplish it but then it is so depressing when you get derailed and it happens so easily!! My first derailment was when I had lost only 0.8 lbs over almost 2 weeks then my next weigh in was only a 0.4 loss. I know that sounds pretty trivial to a lot of people and I know a lot of you are thinking that I should have been happy with any loss and yes it certainly is better than a gain but when you feel like you have done your best and you get poor results...well I fell off the wagon big time.
But hey, I've picked myself up and dusted myself off and I'm back to OP day 1.

Came under in points yesteday I ate 25 and earned two exercise points whoohhooo.. the scale is not moving this week. I think with last week's big loss I might break even this week. That's okay - it's all part of the journey, right?
PNG - I like your idea of a day off - do you plan for them? how often do you get them?

Well...I survived 6 OP days in a row and then indulged just a bit yesterday. I am sitting here rethinking the day, and yeah, I wasn't perfect. But there was effort in the day. I said no to things and avoided other things. I made healthy choices, but I also indulged just a bit. I still consider myself OP though.
So, today will be my 8th OP day in a row. Shocker, eh? I thought so. I WILL make my 10th day self competetion and because I let go just a bit yesterday, I will push it up to 12 days. This is the first weekend in a LONG time I didn't show a gain. I feel good.
Everyone else?

Well I made it, used a free day when I'm not sure I needed to...lol, out of sheer laziness...
Dana, most of us have one or 2 days a week that we allow ourselves to eat whatever we want...if we know we have a treat day, we tend to go less for the full blown binge that lasts a week... I used to have mine on the weekends as a rule, now, I just save them for when I happen to need them...

Well I guess I have been OP for 3 days now and working on my 4th. This weekend wasn't hard. I didn't feel good all weekend. I couldn't even smell the shakes with out getting sick so I didn't drink them or eat much of anything. I'm going to go to the gym sometime today, unless I don't get done with mowing my yard and sanding a boat.
I'll keep in touch and good luck to all.
