Ok, I know I indulged this weekend for the holiday and so I expected to gain a pound, or two, or three... lol... but I was not ready to see a 6 lb. gain on the scale this morning. There is no way I could have consumed that many calories.
I'm hoping that it's salt... or at least half of it is salt.
Still, knowing it is likely partly due to water retention isn't making me feel any better this morning. *sigh*

I bloat REALLY easily too. Lots and lots of water will help. There is NO WAY you could have really gained that much so you know it's salt. Watermelon would help too I think
