That better be salt on my thighs this morning!

  • What a shock this morning! I gained 6 pounds?! Say what?!

    Ok, I know I indulged this weekend for the holiday and so I expected to gain a pound, or two, or three... lol... but I was not ready to see a 6 lb. gain on the scale this morning. There is no way I could have consumed that many calories.

    I'm hoping that it's salt... or at least half of it is salt.

    Still, knowing it is likely partly due to water retention isn't making me feel any better this morning. *sigh*

  • salt salt salt salt. Salt is evil I tell ya I bloat REALLY easily too. Lots and lots of water will help. There is NO WAY you could have really gained that much so you know it's salt. Watermelon would help too I think
  • I hope its salt, too. I am sooo sensitive to salt, I put on water weight so easily, ugh!! I drink distilled water for a day to get rid of it and then go back to regular water the next day. That's the only thing that works for me..

    And yes, IMO it is all salt, or sugar, that is piling on today. They both make me retain like crazy...

  • I was depressed to see myself up four this morning. I knew the ham was salty yesterday, but it sure didn't seem THAT salty.
