I know my points on April 1st. Goal: Water: 32 ounces of water beginning 4/1 to 4/17 increasing to 64 ounces from 4/18 to 4/30. Exercise: Walk (Min) 30 minutes a day 6 days a week & Strength train 3 days a wk beginning on 4/06/09. I'm definately in for another month. I can hopefully get more exercise in this month.
