Default Lost more than usual!

This is really a March 22 weigh-in but I wanted to post on the latest thread.

I am down 4 pounds which is really unusual for me. I steadily drop a pound a week. I weigh daily and my rule is that I have to see a number three consecutive days before I count it.

I really could not believe 233 and thought that my scale completely died. To test it, I weighed on a scale at work that I normally weigh on once a month. My numbers aren't exactly the same but it did show a 6 pound loss for the month so I guess I really lost 4 pounds!

wow some awesome weight losses this week .. i think i need you girls to come train me .. i weighed in on Wednesday and i was up a lb this week but i kind of expected a gain i was a lil off plan last week .. ill take a lb gain just glad it wasn't more

My scale went up beginning of the week and got stuck all week and I finally realized that I had a hidden food intolerance to something I was eating which was causing me to retain a lot of water. Stopped eating it and seem to be moving again now!

Down 1.8 for the week.

Down 3.75 inches, too!

I am down 3.5 pounds this week and the pants that were too tight just weeks ago, are borderline too loose. Hooray! I was right. Last week's gain was medication related. I probably lost weight last week but couldn't see it because of the medication.

This week I'd like to remain the same or maybe just a slight gain. I'm not concerned about losing this week. I've got surgery coming up on Thursday - laparoscopy, so my goal is to just get through the week. The weight will have to wait. I'll try to lose more weight when I'm recovered. I'm told it will take me a week to recover.
