I am going to buy a new scale this week because my scale is old and I know it can not be accurate. I dread the first weigh-in on new scales but I have a plan! I am going to weigh on the old scale and then the new scale. When I have learned the difference between the two, I am going to adjust my starting and current weight on my record and on this site. I still have lost 40+ pounds and want my record to reflect that! It is important for the ego.

I have the EXACT same problem with my scale. I did buy a new one but I returned it because I kept getting an error message when it tried to compute my fat percentage. (Probably because it was so high
) My old scale doesn't do anything fancy like that but whatever...
I took the number in the middle, so I am down 2 pounds.
