Weekly Weigh-In *March 9-15*
Just thought I'd start the thread this week. (Can you tell I actually lost some pounds?)

Down a pound this week - 238. This is actually from March 8 but I don't want to go find the old thread. My scale was fluctuating between 236, 237 and 238 so I took the highest number.
I am going to buy a new scale this week because my scale is old and I know it can not be accurate. I dread the first weigh-in on new scales but I have a plan! I am going to weigh on the old scale and then the new scale. When I have learned the difference between the two, I am going to adjust my starting and current weight on my record and on this site. I still have lost 40+ pounds and want my record to reflect that! It is important for the ego. |
I gained 2 lbs.
I've been eating everything in sight :mad: and having a really hard time staying OP. |
I'm down one. Slowly but surely, that's what I keep telling myself...

I cheated and weighted myself mid-week this morning. I've lost 3.4lbs since sunday! I dunno how- I know I've been eating pretty well, but WOW.
I am now at 234.6! (We'll see if this keeps for the end of the week at my official weigh in) |

I was UP 2 pounds this week. Not much I can say about that.. but I did get the green light to start exercising! The doctor said it might even help with my mystery pain, which would be nice!!
