well since i just started yesterday..i weighed myself once...otherwize ill be scale OBSESSED!isent it btter too weigh it every sunday or monday..that way there ur weighing the weeks loss not the days and youll be much more happier..for me id rather weigh myself first..starting weigh and then weigh mayby 2 weeks later that way there there more pounds off the scale:-) and the happier you`ll be....anyways Good luck:-)

I let the scales dictate my mood to much - If I weighed myself everyday I'd be a right b*tch to live with when I gain! Don't do it to yourself! weigh once a week. Also take measurements! its surprising when you lose centimetres but nothing on the scales

made it today! didn't get weighed and now have eaten and got dressed, so I won't do it now!
