Almost, but not quite...
 

I was hoping to join the 100 lb club today ~ 100 lbs lost in 6 months ~ but I didn't quite make it.

I've been stalled at 92 lbs lost for about three weeks. It took me a while to trace the stall, but I did ~ I started a green tea extract supplement about a month ago and about a week ago I realized it had hidden sugar, maltodextrose, so I immediately quit taking it. (I'm on Atkins so I have to be extremely careful about my carbs.) Hopefully the scale will start moving again soon!

Anyway, I still feel pretty terrific about losing 92 lbs in six months! Its a pretty good Valentine's gift to myself!! Now on to the next 92!
