Default Wii Fit and My Fitness Coach...?

Does anyone here use a wii fit? I have one and I like it. It's good for right now (the game it comes with) because its' low impact and i am REALLY out of shape. But I'm doing it a few times a week.

I want to get My Fitness Coach though, it looks amazing and has 4.5 stars on amazon out of 114 reviews! That just looks great...

Anyone here have that or haev a wii fit at all?

I have a Wii Fit and there are some aspects of it I like and some I don't. The Yoga is pretty cool as well as some of the strengthening exercises. The balance games are fun and interesting. The one thing I never liked much is how long it can take to get from one exercise to another.

My Fitness Coach is something thats been out for a while on the PC and possibly other game systems but they moved it to the Wii. I decided to buy it yesterday because I almost bought it a while back for the PC but decided not to. With the My Fitness Coach, you don't use your wiimotes at all other than to provide feedback at certain points. I did a 30 minute workout last night and a 15 minute workout this morning. I thought the workouts were a bit too easy but I think it is part of easing you in and you can say 'this is too easy' and the program will adjust next time. Conversely, you can say 'this is too hard'.

So far I think the My Fitness Coach has some promise. I am going to test it out and mix it in with my regular workouts.

I have Wii Fit. I love it. It's also gotten my overweight boyfriend to do exercise (to beat my scores). I have looked into My Fitness Coach but I can't afford it yet. What I am really excited about is the new EA Sports that will come out in March. I just finished my first island run. Whew.

I have the wii fit and I do like it for the days I can't get to the gym, but my weight fluctuates like crazy on that thing. I don't think it's a very accurate scale.

I have a Wii Fit... we got it for Christmas. And while, it's fun to play, I find that I don't really get a lot out of it. But, I go to the gym 5-6 times a week for an hour at a time and have been for awhile. I wish we'd have gotten the Wii Fit when I first started losing weight! I do like the yoga and balance games the best. But, I don't like the pauses between activities. I wish there was a way to program it to move from one exercise to another!

I think what I like most though is it's automatic charting of my weight and BMI. I chart and graph my weight anyway, but I like anything that shows me my progress!

We are getting a Wii and Wii Fit cause I tried it out over at my sister-in-laws and I liked it a lot. My sister-in-law doesn't use it to lose weight cause well she is a stick but her husband uses it and has lost 15lbs since xmas. We are getting it as soon as we get our taxes back and that should be in about 2 weeks, the only challenge is actually finding one at a store around here. When we do get it we will be getting a few games to go with it and I will defiantly look into My Fitness Coach.

We have the Wii Fit. I really like it. I do the 10 minute hula-hoop exercise, the 30 minute step and the 8 minute run in place. I am sweating when I am am done. I don't use it every day, usually I use it in addition to other exercise or by itself when I don't feel like exercising... you see I've tricked my brain into thinking its a game! ha.

Default My Fitness Coach all the way!!

I have both Wii Fit & My Fitness Coach. I LOVE My Fitness Coach. It is a true interactive exercise DVD. While Wii Fit is fun, the fact you have to pause to go back to the menu and choose your next move is annoying. Maya, the Fitness Coach provides a true fluid workout where you can choose the intensity.
I use all the equipment it supports - Ball, step, hand weights & heart rate monitor.
We use Wii Fit for Hoola Hoop & and the other games - but for yoga & strength exercises, Fitness Coach is the way to go.

We have wii fit and I like it. I like to do the jogging and the hula hoop. It's a good start to an excercise program

For some reason I cna only hula hoop to the right. LOL

can't do it to the left to save my life!

but I really prefer My Fitness Coach over the wii fit game it comes with. It doesn't use the board but it is more intense.
