I wonder if I can put almond breeze in my icecream maker?

ice cream is sooooo good and so is acai berry I might have to pick some of that up tonight after the gym as i usually have a 120-140 calorie snack after running to keep my metabolism going.

I haven't seen that one here. Sounds yummy, though! I buy strawberry and banana frozen yogurt and it's 110 calories for a serving.

fat free fudgicles are great, already portion controlled

We just bought a chocolate, no added sugar, ice cream. It was 110 cals for half a cup. Key for me was to have the kids measure out a portion and serve it to me.....and I stay clear of the kitchen all together.

Sugarfree fat free choc pudding made with 1% milk has been my chocolate fix. we pour it into pretty glass dishes and sometimes garnish with banana or crushed peppermint candy. by the time the original mixing bowl is clean the pudding is set.............or the kids put it up it the freezer for a bit too! Quick and easy, almost immediate fix, and no time to graze and get in trouble

It's called "Special Reserve" or something close to that (I'm too lazy to walk out to the kitchen) I got it at Fred Meyer.
