Tdp

  • If the Daily Plate is offline does that mean I can eat whatever I want til they come back?
  • yes
  • Oh good, I thought is was my computer.
  • No they are offline - though they are showing signs of life again.
  • No, if TDP is offline, then your contract with your fellow losers here at the 100 lb club requires that you immediately begin to use FitDay, sparkpeople, or any one of the myriad of other counting websites NO rest for the wicked!
  • ~It's back~
    Was that scary enough?
I hope ya'll got your crumbs cleaned up. You don't wana get caught.
  • This is the major reason I was looking into software for my computer. I can do my tracking even if Im not online, hmmmm, decisions decisions.
  • I like it because it's online and I'm often online away from my home computer.
  • Since we don't have internet at home, I bought FitDay for home and I love it. I too travel alot now, so I have to paper log it because I am not techno enough to have a PDA or other gadgets. Lots of times when I am traveling I just make much better choices than I used to and don't bother to log it all. For example, my usual road breakfast was 2 sausage biscuits with mayo, now I get a lean pocket or nonfat yogurt cup for the hotel room. I save lots of drive thru time and calories.

When I am home i log to my home FitDay and it really helps to keep me aware and honest about how quickly little things add up and how long it takes to exercise it off. I use it alot for weekly menu planning.
  • Sounds about right,

The battery in my scale is out, so I cannot gain any weight while it is dead!
