my doctor told me that it is healthy to loose 1% of your body weight per week. So for you that would be 2.6 pounds. Stay focused, but don't be totally crushed if you don't hit it. Either way, if you stick with it you'll be thinner.

Eh, I was and still am very goal orientated. But - like everyone said - when you talk the talk, you gotta walk the walk!
As long as you keep your head in the event that you don't meet a time line goal, I think it's okay. I wouldn't always make the goals. I kept trucking and eventually got there. |
