My church, instead of the usually Sunday night services, each Sunday school class host a party and we have devotional time at half time. This year, my class is coming to my house. I'm not going yo worry about what I am going to eat today. I had low cal healthy breakfast, a lowcal snack bar, and just had a late lunch of mostly veggies. Im filling pretty stuffed so probably wont be eating too much tonight. I made pulled pork, Carolina sauce, Alabama white sauce and store bought regular barbecue sauce. I also made Pavlova(aussie desert) I dont know what every one else is bringing.

for us, it's 1 day out of the year, so there's no way I'm telling a dozen big beefy men that "today we're having hummus and carrots yay!!" hahahha I"M going to be eating well today, have everything planned out (big salad with sliced chicken and a crusty ww roll) and all the snacky treats i'm making for the boys is all stuff I don't particularly care for so no temptation!

Bacon-wrapped scallops
Smokin' hot chicken wings
nachos & cheese & jalepenos and tequila salsa
one-bite meatball subs

hahah they're animals, so i very well might just open the door, throw in some RAW meat and slam the door & run for my life heheheheh

My bf is watching, and he woke up wanting to get Super Bowl snacks. I caved and we picked up a few things:

homemade subs with turkey breast, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, low fat cheese and low fat mayo and mustard.

fresh chips with fresh guacamole

fajitas for dinner with whole wheat wraps, low fat sour cream and tons of veggies.

Somehow it turned out to be a days worth of foods for one game, not too sure how that happened! But I feel good about the choices, I'm just doing smaller portions than him!
