Welcome.

I too am trying the calorie counting thing. Specific diets are just too difficult - Being told you absolutely can not have certain types of food is too difficult for me. I'm a picky enough eater as it is, but to remove things I like because a certain diet cuts out carbs, sugars, etc. I think just trying to remain under a certain amount of calories but having more options is better for me.

But what do I know, I'm just starting it out too So far it hasn't been that hard though!

I decided to try calorie counting as well. I had no idea what the Daily Plate is, but I just logged on and it's great! Did anyone here pay for the membership? Is it worth it?
