whole grain brown MINUTE rice????
 

I saw this in the grocery store but didnt' have time to investigate! it claims to have twice the fibre of white rice (of course, minute rice has 1 gr and the brown has 2 LOL) but i wonder if it would do in a pinch? 5 minutes vs. the regular cooking time of brown rice... mmhmmmmmmmmm....

I've been using it for the last couple weeks and I really like it! It's been a great aid in my weight loss because I love rice and I miss white rice dearly but this instant brown rice has been a fine substitute! I boil it in chicken stalk yummy! I get the boil a bag ones!

I love it! I can't stand white anything anymore....

I don't eat rice that often; but when I do, I always eat instant brown rice. I think it taste very good. Give it a try!

I use it as well. My husband even likes it.
