Triskets in Rosemary and Olive Oil!
I was watching a morning news show and the dietician said that regular Triskets were a better choice then the Reduced Fat Wheat Thins. So I thought I'd give them a try.
They were REALLY good. I had some with my tuna instead of bread. (I sort of used the tuna as a spread.) It was DELICIOUS!!!!
Oh and hummus. I love hummus. So do my kids which is a BIG plus.

Other than the occasional S-F jelly, which really isn't my idea of a filling snack, I don't touch packaged foods. Those snack packs one can buy are full of empty calories, IMO. The things I like are: - nuts
- seeds
- kefir
- cheese
- natural peanut butter
- cup of cocoa
I find any of the above in a reasonably-sized portion hits the spot for me.

Definitely 100 cal popcorn bags
Edy's No Sugar Added Fruit Bars (30 cals, yum!)
No Sugar Added Applesauce
Skinny Cow Ice Cream
Almonds
Clementines
No Sugar Added Quaker Oatmeal
I am simply amazed how the calories drop when I get something that's labeled "No Sugar Added". And maybe it's just me and maybe my tastes have changed, but I honestly can't tell the difference!

I"m the same with the no sugar added! it tastes completely he same to me and If I want to add a little sweetness i add a packet of splenda or sweet and low!
and having an empty calorie snack every now and then is ok! I'd die with out them! you just cant revolve your day around them or your life style.. and make sure it's will fit into your daily allowance not that your taking away other healthy foods in place of an empty calorie treat- then it would be wrong

I share many of the same favorite snacks that have already been mentioned, but my favorite, favorite healthy snack is:
A small piece of very high quality, very dark chocolate.
It hits the sweet tooth, helps my heart and, since it is so dark, I am almost never tempted to have a second piece.
