I love the light laughing cow french onion cheese with reduced fat townhouse crackers topped with deli boars head turkey. OMG it is so good, and good for you. 6 crackers with one wedge of cheese and a couple slices of turkey is only about 120 calories

My current fav is the light laughing cow cheese wedges with multi grain or garden veggie wheat thins If I can find time to go to another and better grocery store I get the pita chips but lately can't find the time to go lol
Others are:
veggies w. ff dressing

A few of my favorite snacks..
frozen winter squash (buy it in the frozen section), heated up in the microwave with a little cinnamon and sweetener. I've been adding some hot cereal and a little water to it lately as well.
plain soy yogurt with melted frozen berries.
Roasted green beans
Hummus with veggies
various veggies (grape tomatoes, sugar snap peas, celery, carrots)

I love Honey Nut Cheerios and Kix. I divvy up a box of each into separate servings so they are easy to grab 'n' go. I like microwave popcorn but it's too much salt, so cereal's great for those times I am feeling "munchy." And the Cheerios are especially handy when I have a craving for sweets. Each baggie's only 2 WW points and I get some fiber to boot!
