and everythings on plan eating/weighloss wise. No worries.

I've spent the last three days by my grandmothers side and she finally died last night at 11:56 in my arms, with my head and her head touching and me stroking her hair. It's been the HARDEST thing I've ever had to do but I am so glad I was there with her.

So I'm sorry I have not been around for the last little bit. That will change. So don't worry about me (as I know some have been) I'm okay and back.

I'm so sorry to hear about your grandma dieing that must be horrible! My grandma is getting p there in age and It makes me so fearful to know the day will come :(
