Hello all!

I'm new here.... Did WW a while back and lost about 40lbs, had surgery and then it all came back on.

I'm here for good...I have mini goals for myself. My MAIN goal is 100lbs down...then at that point I'll look at things again and see just how far I want to go! I'm thinking another 20...for a total of 120! WOW, that's a lot....but I know I can do it.
I'm soo glad that I found this website. I look forward into sharing our successes and support.

We have similar stats. I have found staying active on this forum has a huge effect on teh weight I lose. Just reading thru stories and keeping up with posts help see that others are doing it every single day.

Hey there, Pick --- and welcome aboard. (Sorry I am late today, but my teenager is sick and things are way off schedule around here....)

I just joined a couple of days ago, too, so maybe we can learn the ropes here together. For instance, there is a Valentine's Day Challenge going on at the moment and you could join that, if you wanted an immediate mini-goal. At any rate, glad to have you here!
