Gettin Squishy With It
 

I havent lost that much yet, but I believe I am beginning to feel "squishy". Which to me is always a good sign.

So instead of gettin Jiggy with it, Im gettin Squishy with it!!!:carrot::carrot:

I must admit I was like what in the world is that..

Wow. It's definately working, then. I know that when I lost my weight last time that I got squishy, then it slowly started to disappear all together.

Sounds like rationalization to me, but I'll take it! I saw a little saggy skin on my butt yesterday and my first thought was Yeah!, because it meant I was losing again. Of course, my second thought was ugh, I hope that fills in. But it surprises me that I'm more excited by the signs of change than by whether it actually looks good :dizzy:

That happens to me just prior to each and every time my weight stalls. Then, when my weight stalls something almost magical happens - I swear it's when I lose the biggest amount of inches, body recomposing. Yay!

I'm nice and squishy too! Nice to know it means something!!
