Well, as they told me in the thread above.....technically! LOL In theory it should, but everyone's body works a bit differently, so just keep track and see what works best for YOURS!

That's really interesting Jen!! Mine says I should be at 1790, and I have been doing 1600 - 1800, so I am right there!!
